Updates for last week

1. The contraction piece works
2. The prequestionnair survey is ready

After testing the contraction piece with armband, i found more issues for armband

1. The contraction piece needs to be closely or even directly attached to armband part. Current attachment seems not enough.
2. the elastic part of armband doesn't work well when attached with velco
3. looking for a waist bag to contain circuit board, bluetooth, battery and squeezing ball
